 Music Therapy is .......

MUSIC THERAPY is based on principles of Ayurveda, ancient Traditional Indian Classical Music, and Modern Neuro-Sound Technology. Music Therapy is based on Surs- the Indian Musical Notes working on various Energy Points in the nervous systems or you can say Chakras.

"Surs"/ notes used in Music therapy use sound vibration imbibed with the science of neural entrainment, the Ayurvedic principle of Tridosha (Vata, Pitta, Kapha), and Yogic Energy Principles to improve, cure, and provide relief to chronic diseases and disorders by balancing distributed energy levels to their optimum levels. Thus, catering to the physical, psychological, and all-embracing well-being of the individual. These modified Ragas are called Healing Suravalis / Unified Vibrations.

Music therapy was earlier facilitated to a certain niche category of the patient at rehabilitation centers, schools, counselors, psychological therapy centers, Psycriatic/mental hospitals, and correctional facilities where medicines fail but now it has emerged as a curing therapy side-effect-free therapy for various ailments whose base is excessive stress, pollution, unhealthy lifestyles, and food habits like Sleep Disorders, Hypertension, Stress, Depression, Anxiety, Acidity, High Blood Pressure, Diabetes, Asthma, Alzheimer's, Dementia, Parkinson's, Arthritis, Low concentrationsocial media addiction in children... etc...etc.. the list goes on, in short all chronic diseases.

Music has been used for healing and relief from ancient times within various cultures in different parts of the world, Celtic, American-Indian, Maui, and of course, famous Indian traditional Ragas. In India, we have an account till late 1600, the purity and sanctity of ragas were preserved and often used for healing kings of their ailments and after battlement effects. Indian musicians used to create such a surge of energy frequencies and vibrations that could decimate clouds to rain like Tansen, Baba Ramdas, and Meera Bai using variations in Raga Megha Malhar. As the Kingly states kept disappearing so did this art and knowledge which was then an aristocratical therapy, losing its form, because for NO Digital era the distribution, preservation, and spread was extremely costly with even more precious fine-tunned handmade equipment.
